And My Rook!

My capstone project for my second year of polytech, And My Rook! is a chess-like game where you can upgrade the chess pieces to withstand more hits. It was built with Unity, and all assets were created by me.

A website containing information about client-server computing.

Client Server Computing Site

A paper I did on client server computing, and comparing different Javascript frameworks, I was given the option of submitting the assignment in website form. I'm most proud of the design and layout of the site, as well as being able to replicate the rules of APA referencing with CSS.

Star Wars Movie Site

The Star Wars movie site was a bit of practise one of my tutors set my class so they could learn EJS, which is a template engine that can take data such as a JSON file and populate a page template with the data from it.

The provided materials contained a very incomplete JSON file and the tutorial was around 10 years out of date, so I built this site to create a my own version, complete with information of all the movies, posters that all match and custom CSS with interactive animations.

The hieroglyphics minigame from LEGO Indiana Jones.

LEGO Indy Puzzle

LEGO Indy Puzzle is a faithful recreation of the hieroglyphics minigame in LEGO Indiana Jones. I built it in WPF to get to know how to use the platform and also because I missed that specific minigame. I thought it could make a good program like Solitaire or Minesweeper on Windows XP, where it opened instantaneously and you could just jump right in.

MOEBILE

MOEBILE is a bar app designed for Moe's tavern from The Simpsons. It had some minigames like Dicey Sixes, where you had to roll two sixes, and you could buy lottery tickets by the row.

VoiidOS

VoiidOS was initially created a hub to store all of the mini programs I was writing in python. This evolved as I learnt C# in polytech, and I rewrote the "OS" in C#, utilising the console text colours.
